Yes — zero data retention and EU-hosted processing applies to every plan including free. Your documents are never stored after processing completes.

What is a Redaction Certificate?

A timestamped, signed record of every PII redaction job — listing what was detected and permanently removed. Included on every plan, ready for auditors and legal counsel.

Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Yes — DPAs are available on the Enterprise plan for organisations that require GDPR Article 28 compliance documentation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — no long-term commitment required on the Pro plan. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
